Being an Online Coach as well as a Face to Face Personal Trainer gives me the ability to be more accessible to your needs. You will be provided with all the tools needed to achieve your health and fitness goals as well as the support to ensure you get there.

What services do you offer?

Personal Training Services
Located at New Life Fitness Centre.
45 and 60 minute sessions available for individuals of all training levels.
Group training sessions also available upon request.

6 Week Lifestyle Program
Designed for those wanting to drop a few kilos whilst maintaining muscle mass.
This program is great for anyone who is looking at tweaking their current lifestyle to incorporate something more maintainable in the long term.

8 Week Transformation Program
Designed for those who need that extra push. 8x PT sessions over the course of the program will ensure you’re kept accountable to your goals to get the best results possible.

12 Week Body Overhaul Program
Designed for those wanting to lose 4kg or more.
This program is great for anyone who struggles with balance and moderation and wants to completely overhaul their current lifestyle.

What are the costs involved with M.Powered Bodies?

Prices are dependant on the program and services included.

What support do you offer?

All Programs receive online mentoring and support from Mahena regularly throughout the week. 
All queries are endeavoured to be responded to as quickly as possible.

  • Adjusted macronutrient and calorie goals as required.
  • Recommendations and suggestions to ensure you are reaching your personalised targets.
  • Accountability with other clients – Use the hashtag #mpoweredbodies on Instagram and Facebook to share your journeys.
How long can I expect to wait for responses during the program?

In most circumstances you can expect
responses within a few hours.

Outside of regular business hours and on weekends Mahena will endeavour to be as prompt as possible.

Can I join M.Powered Bodies if I don't have a gym membership or exercise?

Absolutely!
At Home Gym Programs both with equipment or without equipment can be easily programmed.

Whilst it is recommend to keep active to get the desired results quick, a daily step target is set for clients to increase energy expenditure for those who are unable to exercise for whatever reason.

Can I join M.Powered Bodies if I'm pregnant?

Most definitely!
I have mentored several expectant mums over my time. The goal however was to learn how to properly fuel their bodies, keep active safely, and maintain a healthy pregnancy paired with the guidance of their GPs.

Will I be provided with a meal plan?

It is not within my scope of practice to provide specific meal plans. However my website will be updated regularly with healthy recipes to access at your leisure.

My mission with M.Powered Bodies is to give you back the power and confidence in making the decisions. By the end of the program you will be fully equipped with the knowledge to making healthier choices and fuel your body efficiently.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements, vegetarians and vegans?

The beauty of flexible dieting allows you to make the choices in the foods you eat!
Regardless of your dietary needs I will be available to support and make recommendations in order to reach your targets.
