What programs do you offer?

6 Week Lifestyle Program
Designed for those wanting to drop a few kilos whilst maintaining muscle mass. This program is great for anyone who is looking at tweaking their current lifestyle to incorporate something more maintainable in the long term.

12 Week Body Overhaul Program
Designed for those wanting to lose 4kg or more. This program is great for anyone who struggles with balance and moderation and wants to completely overhaul their current lifestyle.

What program is best suited for me?

Complete the “New Client” survey and select the best form of contact, day and time for a non-obligatory consultation with me where I can determine the most suitable program based on your individual goals.

What are the costs involved with M.Powered Bodies?

Depending on the program you select, prices start from $199. View my programs here.
If you are based in Adelaide an InBody Scan is recommended as your starting and finishing measurements.
These scans are $30 each.

What support do you offer?

All Programs receive online mentoring and support from Mahena regularly throughout the week. 
All queries are endeavoured to be responded to as quickly as possible.
Adjusted macronutrient and calorie goals as required.

Recommendations and suggestions throughout to ensure you are reaching your personalised targets.

Access to our Private Facebook Group means you get to liaise with other clients in the same program.
Accountability – Use the hashtag #mpoweredbodies on Instagram and Facebook.

How long can I expect to wait for responses during the program?

Monday to Fridays between 7am and 6pm you can expect responses within a few hours.

Outside of these hours and on weekends I endeavour to be as prompt as possible.

Can I join M.Powered Bodies if I don't currently exercise?

Absolutely! While I do recommend keeping active to get the desired results quick, I can cater to those that are unable to exercise for whatever reason. However, if you are able to invest in some basic at home equipment (Dumbbells, Barbell, Medicine Ball) I am happy to tailor a program to suit!

Can I join M.Powered Bodies if I'm pregnant?

Absolutely! In my first program I mentored 3 expectant mums. The goal was to learn how to properly fuel their body, keep active safely, and maintain a healthy pregnancy paired with the guidance of their GPs.

Will I be provided with a meal plan?

Unfortunately it is not within my scope of practice to provide specific meal plans. The beauty of flexible dieting and my reason for creating M.Powered Bodies was to always give you back the power! That means you will have the opportunity to educate yourself along the way on healthier options, and how to fuel your body efficiently with your personalised goals in mind.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements, vegetarians and vegans?

100% . As mentioned above, the beauty of flexible dieting means you get to make the choices in what you eat! Lactose intolerant? Not a problem! Don’t eat meat? No worries! Regardless of your dietary needs we can make it work.
