Mix the following ingredients in a mason jar:
30g Massive Joes ‘Chocolate’ MTS Whey
30g Rolled Oats
10g White Chia Seeds
100-150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

Secure lid and shake, add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
I like to make a batch of 3 or 4 in advance.

Before consuming top with your favourite Nuts or Nut ButterSeeds or Fruit.
My personal favourite toppings are Peanut Butter, Banana and Coconut .
