Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:
30g Massive Joes MTS Whey
30g Oat Flour
10g Almond Meal
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Spray non-stick fry pan with oil.
Over a Medium-High heat, spoon mixture into pan.
Note: Keep pancakes small for easy flipping
Cook for a few minutes each side.
Serve with your favourite Fruit, Yoghurt or Maple Syrup
