Use fruits that are in season for the toppings, and get creative with the ingredients to suit your taste buds and your calorie and macronutrient needs!

Mix the following ingredients in a mason jar:
30g Massive Joe’s MTS Whey Protein Powder
20g Chia Seeds
5g Dessicated Coconut
40ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk


Secure lid and shake, add water if the consistency is too thick.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
I like to make a batch of 3 or 4 in advance.

Before consuming top with:
5g Flaked Almonds
50g Fresh Berries
